Since the Council meeting of March 21, 1994; we have received verbal
confirmation that the Engineering requirements are satisfied and that lot consolidation
has been completed. | am still awaiting final drawings to complete the Development
Permit, as some minor design revisions were required. {t is expected that this project
will be ready for Fourth Reading some time in April.

_ The request for extension will still require approval in order that the by-law may
return to Council for Fourth Reading. The applicant has indicated that if Council does
not wish to grant a 1 year extension, he wouid be comfortable with a 4 month extension.
