From the City Energy Coordinator, November 17th, 1982 regarding
purchase of appliances for the Retrofit Demonstration House at 1915 Pitt
River Road.

Seconded by Alderman Mabbett:

That city Council authorize the purchase of a refrigerator, range and
hood fan in the amount of twelve hundred and thirty-four dollars and five
cents ($1,234.05) from Sand Mountain Construction Ltd.;

AND THAT the funds be appropriated from the City Administrator's

contingency fund.

From the Library Construction Committee, November 9th, 1982 regarding
Library landscaping.

That James Jarvis & Associates be retained at the fee of $2,865 to

follow through on the landscape design from the tender prepsration stage

through to final construction supervision.
