amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" ‘

; The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
1 oe open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

l. The discharge of Land Use Contract No. 28, registered as No. P119989 in
; the New Westminster Land Title office on Decembec 8th, 1978, undez the
authority of the “Land Use Contract No. 28 Authorization Bylaw, 1978, No.
1614" and modified by extension No. Y153120 and amendment No. Y153128 from

Parcel One EXCEPT: Parcel "A" (Reference Plan 72028),
District Lot 480,

Group One,

Plan 70380,

New Westminster District,

re {s approved and His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to
Pte | execute the neccessary documents for this purpose, to affix the seal of
| the City thereto, and to register them in the New Westminster Land Title

2. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia ,
which is more particularly described as:

: Parcel One EXCEPT: Parcel “A” (Reference Plan 72028),
District Lot 480,

Group One,

: Plan 70380,

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS~3 (Estate Residential) to CS-l (Highway
Commercial) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

3. “his Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No. 2468”.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 20th day of November, 1989.
