BYLAW NO. 1950 . APR 25 1983

A Bylaw to amend the "Water Development Cost
Charge Bylaw, 1979, No. 1657".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of
the City of Part Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled,
enacts as foliows:

l. Schedule "A" of the "Water Development Cost
Charge Bylaw, 1979, No. 1657" as enacted by Bylaw No.
1809 is hereby deleted and the Schedule "A" attached
to and forming part of this By-law is substituted
therefor.

2. This Bylaw may. be cited for all purposes as
the "Water Development Cost Charge Bylaw, 1979,' No.
1657, Amendment Bylaw, 1983, No. 1950". tae
