purchase of the undernoted property:

This property Is located North of 2959 Coast Meridian Road and has an
area of approximately 741.9 Sqem. (7986 sq. ft.).

Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainiy marked on the
outside "Tender for Coast Meridian Road Property" and addressed to:
