Seconded by Councillor Stewart: That Council approve the issuance of Development Variance Permit No. 67/93 as submitted to Council January 17th, 1994 with the following additional condition: That a restriction be included in the permit to restrict the height of the home constructed on Lot 11 to a maximum of 11 meters, measured from the highest point of the curb fronting this lot.
