Re: Rezoning Application R#17-72.

Address: Deninion and Burns.

Legal: Lots 20 & B.

Area: As shown on attached map.
Request: To rezone from 4-1 to P~3.

Comments: The applicant is requesting rezoning from A-1 (Agricultural)
to P-3 ( a special zone created for Golf Courses and Driving
Ranges with minimum area of twenty acres). The plans for the
Clubhouse have been submitted and are presently being looked .
at by the Building Committee. Drainage for the course is partially
completed. .

Recommendation: The Planning and Zoning Committee recommends to the Municipal
Council approval of the proposed rezoning application.

Legal: Lot 117, N.E. 1/4, Sec. 6, Twp. 40, Plan 28650.
Areas 694.79° X 611.64' as shown on attached map.
Request: To rezone from RS-2 to RS~l.

Comments: The applicant has submitted a very complete report on the proposed
subdivision requiring a rezoning of Lot 117. Mr. D.-Keenan advised
that there would be no problems in servicing of the properties and
that a proposal that Mr. Kim and Mr. Spani share service expenses
fox their proposed subdivision has been discussed by both parties.
