Comments: The applicant is requesting rezoning from A-1 (Agricultural) to P-3 ( a special zone created for Golf Courses and Driving Ranges with minimum area of twenty acres). The plans for the Clubhouse have been submitted and are presently being looked . at by the Building Committee. Drainage for the course is partially completed. . Comments: The applicant has submitted a very complete report on the proposed subdivision requiring a rezoning of Lot 117. Mr. D.-Keenan advised that there would be no problems in servicing of the properties and that a proposal that Mr. Kim and Mr. Spani share service expenses fox their proposed subdivision has been discussed by both parties.
