The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam

will hold a Public Hearing in the Semeagncrine’s Anglican Church Hall, 2251

McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C., on Monday, September 29th, 1980 at 7:30

pem. to consider the following proposed By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam

Zoning By-Law, 1979, No. 1651",
By-law No. 1776: To rezone Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 29, and 30,

District Lots 174 & 289, Group One, Plan 2080, New
‘Westminister District, from RS-1 to RM-4.

This property is located at 2275 and 2311 Shaughnessy Street
and it is expected that a 36 unit Apartment Project will be

constructed on the property following completion of the

re-zoning procedures.

A copy of the proposed By-law, and other relevant documents, may be
inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Pore Coquitlam City Hall, at 2272

McAllister Avenue, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 P-M., On working days,

September 18th, 1980 to September 29th, 1980.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the proposed

By-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing on matters

contained in the By-law.
