NOMINATING PROCEDURE In order for all delegates to be aware of the Convention procedure governing election of U.B.C.M. Executive members, the following two espects are set out: 1. Appointment by Area Associations. Under Clause 3(b) of the U.B.C.M. Bylaws, each Area Associatian and the City of Vancauver shall appoint one person who shall be the Director representing that Association or City on the U.6.C.M. Executive. Such appointments are made by the five Area Associatians and the Vancouver City Council and the nema of ‘the person appointed should be communicated to the Chairman, Nominating Committea, e/a U.B.C.M. Office, 313 ~. 6th Street, New Westminster, 6.C, VZL 3A7. Other Nominations. . Que to rapidly increasing costs, it has been necessary to in- crease the registration fees for the First time in 4 years. A fee of $75. will apply for. all delegates, observers, and Government appointed officials, while a fee of $45 will woply for spouses and guests.
