At the last Environmental Protection Committee Meeting, It
was decided that "framed" Certificates of Appreciation will be
presented to the following groups who participated In the 1987

Litter Clean-Up Campaign:

1. Girl Guides of Canada - Burke Mountalin Division

2. Port Coquittam Hunting & Fishing Club

3. Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Corp. (Grilse)

in the

Agenda for the regular Counci! Meeting of June 8, 1987.
Alderman Gates, Chairman of the Environmental Protection
Committee will have the Certificates and will assist the Mayor
during the presentation. I! will contact the representatives of

these groups to ensure thefr attendance.
