Hydro RECOMMENDATION: That the Clerk's Office be directed to prepare a bylaw rezoning lots 1 and 3 Plan 68513 from RS-1 and RS-3 to RM-5. And that final passage of the rezoning bylaw be subject to registration of a Restrictive Covenant limiting development of the property to the building plans submitted for this rezoning application. BACKGROUND: This application was initially submitted without complete drawings and held for submission of the missing information. The first set of drawings submitted were felt to not be of a standard that could be approved. The application was submitted to Council, where a resolution was adopted to advise the applicant, the building design proposed was not acceptable. COMMENTS: The most recent submission for development of the subject property, is an improved building scheme. lt is recommended that they be approved subject to assurance that the proposal submitted is what is constructed. To that end it is recommended, the final approval of a rezoning bylaw for this property be subject To registration of a Restrictive Covenant limiting building to the drawings submitted in support. of this application.
