The Municipal Council! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coguitiam, In open
meeting assembled, enacts 4s fol lows:

That certaln parcel of fand sItuate« In Port Coquitiam, British Columbla which Is
more particularly described as:

Lot "A of a Subdivision Plan of Lot 1, District Lot
232, Group One, Pian 73976, New Westminster District,
prepared by ¥.C. Gouda! and Associates, under File No.
C3840-87 and containing 0.6849. ha.

Is hereby rezoned from RS~3 (Estate Residential) to RM-3 (Town House Apartment)
and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" Is hereby

amended to refiect thls rezoning.

A copy of the plan referred to In Section 1 Js attached to this Bylaw and made a
part hereof.

This Bylaw may be cited for ail purposes as the "Port Coguitiam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, Noe 2240 Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No» 2285",
