Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, J.J. Keryluk, and G. R. Laking in attendance, Also in attendance were City Clerk/Deputy Administrator R.A. Freeman, City Engineer T.M, Chong, and Director of Community Planning W.A. Brown, BYLAWS: Moved by Alderman Keryluk: Seconded by Alderman Farnworth: That the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw 1987, No, 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No. 2430", be reconsidered finally passed and adopted. Carried. Moved by Aiderman Keryluk: Seconded by Alderman Laking: WHEREAS the "Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 15, 1989, No. 2449" received first two readings on July 26th, 1989; AND WHEREAS the Council has, since that date, considered the proposed amendment to the Official Community Plan in conjunction with the City's most recent Capital Expenditure Program; AND WHEREAS the Council has, since that date, considered the proposed amendment to the Official Community Plan in conjunction with the Economic Strategy Plan entitled "Port Coquitlam Industrial Development Strategy"; AND WHEREAS no applicable Waste Management Plan exists for consideration; AND WHEREAS the required Statutory procedures, including the holding of a Public Hearing, have been followed and the said Bylaw No. 2449 was read a third time on August 14th, 1989; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: THAT no inconsistency can be seen to exist between the amendment to the Official Community Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2449 and the City's most recent Capital Expenditure Program; THAT no inconsistency can be seen to exist between the amendment to the Ofiicial Community Plan Proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2449 and the Economic Strategy Plan” that was presented to Council at its meeting of May 13th, 1985; THAT no applicable Waste Management Plan exists for consideration; AND THAT the said Bylaw No. 2449 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted, Carried,
