The property is located at 1627, 1639, i647 and 1659 Grant Avenue and would permit the
development of a 54 unit four storey apartment building.

Mr. K. Benson, 1549 Dorset expressed concems for over development of the area, and also
increased traffic.

Ms. J. Towle, 1647 Grant Avenue, owner, felt that they were being squeezed out.

(Agricultural) to RS-3 (Estate Residential}.
