Live entertainment with performances by talented comedians and musicians, as well as exhibits, authentic French Canadian foods and ice carving demonstrations, will make this year’s festival a fun and memorable experience. I would like to commend the organizers of the 6th Annual Maple Sugar Festival du Sucre d’Erable for their efforts in sharing and celebrating the maple syrup story with such enthusiasm.
