Page 2 BOARD MEETING NOTES At the April 8th meeting, Tam, June, Keith, Anita, Elsa, Ron, Kersti, and Nathan, as well as Coralie Thance, Gallery Manager, were present. Absent were Carol, Linda, Fredi and Sarah. Items of Interest: ¢ Propesed budget for the Ceramics Foundation has been submitted to Ottawa for review, and we are awaiting final approval on the Foundation itself. * The preliminary Guild and Gallery budgets for the 1993 year were presented and are tabled for final approval at lhe May Board meeling. Meanwhile. the Boara approved In principal the expenditure of up to $1000 for building signage tn front of the Gallery. Offices and Committees: * Nathan agreed to continue as Vice President for another term. « The Publications Committee will consist of Elsa Schamis, Chair, and Anita Wong, with Jan Kidnie, Elwin Lowe and Debra Sloan as ex-officio members, * A Workshop Cttee.
