Cements: The triansular property locuted ac Kingsway and Langan presently contains 87,490 oq. ft. of private property divided into 21 parcels. The roads and lanes imcediately surrounding the parcel contain 97,600 sq. ft. of land area. Ye propose a new read which will encompass 21,600 sq. [t. of land which wili foilow the alienneat 23 shown on the attached plan. I suggest a road exchange fer the exfsting road which runds north off Langan be persued, consolidation of the remaining lanis a closure of Langan in the name of the City and a new plan - of subdivision wiich vill allow Mr. Bishop 103,850 sq. ft. of land and the City 54,600 aq. ft. fo lend area, Construction of the new road will be at Yr. Re: Langan Avenue - relocation at Kingsway - BL Reference is made to the request that the Public Worka Comittee consider the Prepesed relocation of the east end of Langan Avenue se that a right angle intersection with Kingeway developes. The Public Werks Comittee is Prepared to endorse thin road reloca tion keeping in mind the following: ; 1) Ic 48 suggested that the Land Sales Comittee consider the prs- sibility of the developer purchasing any extra property reaulting fren the Proposed road exchange. 2) It is suggested thar the Developer be advised that no ¢etcited vork has at this pofnt been completed relating utility installation endfor welocations.
