Port Coquitlam to alt documentation necessary to convey title to these lands to
Louis Winkler, businessman, the consideration for the conveyance beiueg:
(a) the sum of $17,224.97;
(b) the guarantee that fnmediately upon conveyance the lands. shalt
be consolidated with the adjoining properties to which Louis
Winkler holds ‘title in fee simple;
any easements or conditions required by the City Engineer in
his absolute discretion;
that this sale shall be completed within six months of the dare

of adoption of this Bylaw; and re

the transfer to the City of title to the following lands which
