A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240".

The Municipal Councl! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

That certaln parcel of land situated In Port Coquitiam, British Columbla which Is
more particularly described as:

Lot "A" of a Subdivision Plan of Lot 1, District Lot
232, Group One, Plan 73976, New westninster District,
prepared by V.C. Goudal and Associates, under Flle No.
C3840-87 and containing 0.6849. ha.

ts hereby rezoned from RS~5 (Estate Residential) to RM~3 (Town House Apartment)
and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, Noe 2240" Is hereby

amended to reflect this rezoning.
A copy of the pian referred to In Section 1 Is attached to this Bylaw and made 4
part hereof.

This Bylaw may be clted for ali purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240 Amendment Bylaw, 1987, Noe 2285".

Read a first time by the Mun!cipal Counct!| this 8th day of June, 1987.

Read a second time by the Municipal Counc! i this 8th day of June, 1987.

Public Hearing held this 6th day of July, 1987.
