A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coguitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1, That certain parcel of land situated in port Coguitlam, British Columbia
which is more particularly described as:

The East 28 m of The Bast 153 ft of Lot c
District Lot 380

Group One

Plan 5969

New Westminster District

4S hereby rezoned from RS+1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

That certain parcel of land situated in port Coguitlam, British Columbia
Which 1s more particularly described as:

The East 153 ft of Lot C except the East 28m thereof
District Lot 380

Group One

Plan 5969

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS=1 (Large Lot Residential) to RI~1 (Two family
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2240" is hereby amended tc reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all Purposes as "Port Coguitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1988, No. 2347",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 2lst day of March, 1988.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 21st day of March, 1988.

Public Hearing held this llth day of April, 1988.
