annual conference March 4-7, 1992 In
Philadelphia, PA. A January-April cel-

qualifying regional shows, from which
240 finalists will be selected for the
visual arts component of ine 1992 Fes-
tival of the Arts to be held in Vernon,
B.C. from May 27-31, 1992. In addition
to participating in the exhibition. final-
iste are eligible to recelve room, board
and travel subsidies to atbend the Festi-
val in Vernon, and are offered the op-
portunity to participate in four days of
professional development workshops.
