'i II lf l fill I 'll 'I, el:I I.& Sl However, the Parks & Recreation Director has been informed that Mr. Brown (from the Provincial Government) has indicated to Doug Reicken that the agreement for terracing, landscaping and access over the dyke was only intended for alignment B revised and not for the Bl alignment. She outlined that she had marked on the drawings that terracing, landscaping and access roads over dyke were required in the section of the dyke through the park where the play fields weze located. It was the understanding to the Parks & Recreation Director that this would be provided in this particular section. Both Ald. Keryluk and Ald. Laking agreed with the Parks and Recreation Director interpretation. " Recommendation: That a meeting be set up with Mr. Brown and Committee of Council to sort out this issue.
