By~law No. 1196: to rezone Lot 117, North East Quarter Section 6, Township 40, Plan 28650 from RS-2 (One-Family Suburban Residential) to RS-1 (One-Family Residential). This property is located st 1012 Lincoln Avenue (approximately seven hundred feet west of Cedar Drive) and it is expected that approximately fifty residential lots will be created following completion of the rezoning procedures. . By-law No. 1197: to rezone Lots 20 and 21, Block J, District Lot 255, Plan 2106 from RS-2 (One-Family Suburban Residential) to RS~l (One-Fanily Residential). This property is located at 1738 Langan Avenue and it is expected that a single family dwelling will be constructed on the property following completion of the rezoning procedures and the required consolidation of the two existing thirty-three foot lots to create one building site. A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours cf 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - on working days - from August 3rd to August 14th, 1972.
