Existing Zoning and Use: R§-l (One Family Residential use) ~ 4 plex non- conforming as to zoning. ‘ Request: Rezone from Rs-1 to RH-1 Reason: To bring the property into conformity and construct one addition dwelling unit. Comments: Plans of the proposed addition were submitted with a certificates of non-encroachment. The Applicant claimed to have canvassed the neighbourhood and received no complaints to thein. addition.
