by that company for the benefit of the works authorized Pursuant to chic
Lane Use Contract: $42,125.00

The Dollar atiounts stated tn Section I of this Schedule are based on the

ity's Preliminary Engineering Design and Preliminary Cost Zstimates. As a

result of Final Engineering Design to be carried out by the Developer, quantities,

locations, sizes, etc. night vary from those determined frem the preliminary work

and the City does not in any way ensure that actual increased costs resulting

fron the Final Approved Engineering Design and Tender Cail will not occur. Any

increased costs over and above the stated bonding amount of $94,595.00 shall be

the responsibility of the Developer.
