Thets vas one rape cace reported during March. This occurred on
March (th and is still under concentrated investigation with no
suspect identified to date. The first three sonths of 1980 indi-
cate ® general increase in aost crine categories compared to the
sane perica of 1979, the acst notable increase being in the Theft
Over $208 category, up more than 190% over 197%.

Our Crise Prevention Unit gave 92 schoc! talks Curing March. We
are very pleased at the way this progras has beea received, by
the parents and teachers as well as the Students. Our long rarce
Objective in to have a positive ispact/effect on such petty crime
&a vandalism, thefts, and shoplifting.
