RECOMMENDATION :

That City Souncil direct the Clerk's Office to advise surrounding neighbours
of this application and to place a resolution of approval for relaxation of
the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240, Section 801, Section (7} on a subsequent agenda of
City Council.

COMMENTS :

This application is to construct a deck on the back of a house, encroaching
into the required rear yard. There are a number of other homes in the area
that have comatructed similar decks. As this application will provide
additional outside living area on an otherwise steep lot, approval is
recommended.
