Drainage from Hazel Trembath School Site
(Public Works Committee September 6, 1989)

At the Council Meeting of August 28, 1989, this matter was referred back
to the Public Works Committee for further investigation and report. One major
concern at that meeting was the missing letter from the School Board accepting
responsibility for the drainage works. The requested letter is attached to
this memo. The Committee felt that with this information, Council should be in
a position to approve the recommendation contained in the report to Council on
the subject dated August 24, 1989 (copy attached).
