are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and
that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall
constitute "excess or extended services" as defined by Section 990 of the
Municipal Act.

AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and
that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the same on behalf of the
City and to affix the Corporate seal thereto,

At the request of and pursuant te the Agreement with Kuna Enterprises Ltd.
on the 5th day of September, 1991, BE IT RESOLVED that the works and services
described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be installed by the
said Kuna Enterprises Ltd. in connection with the development of the lands
described as:

Lots 22, 23, 24, & 25, D.L. 289, Plan 2426
New Westminster District .

are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and
that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall
constitute “excess or extended services” as defined by Section 990 of the
Municipal Act.

AND. THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and
that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the same on behalf of the
