From the City Clerk, May 28th, 1992 regarding the Sale of City property at
1226 Pitt River Road.

Moved by Alderman Thompson:
seconded by Alderman Keryluk:

WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipai
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1. Parcel C (Reference Plan 216), Block 21, Except: Parcel Two (Bylaw
Plan 71466), District Lot 232, Group 1, Plan 1163, New Westminster
District,

and
Parcel B (Bylaw Plan 71467), District Lot 232, Group 1 Plan 2111, New
Westminster District,

in Port Coquitlam, B.C. be sold by tender if bids acceptable to Council
are received;

Ze The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and
post the "Real. Property for Sale By Tender” notice appearing in the
Agenda documents of this Council Meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;

The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein;

Council reserves the right to accept any bid or bids or to reject any
or all of the bids if Council in its absolute discretion determines

that rejection is appropriate. -
