That Council adopt the recornmendations listed on the following attached reports
prepared by Urban Systems Ltd.:

a) Kitchenes/Hastings Traffic Study - August 1992

b) Hastings/Davies Traffic Study - August 1992

c) Addendurn to the Hastings/Davies Traffic Study - September 4, 1992
d) Addendum to the Kitchener/Hastings Traffic Study - September 4, 1992

That Council refer the above reports to the Public Works Committee for a report on

implementation of the recommendations.

The Public Works Committee have considered the attached reports from Urban Systems Lid.
regarding traffic improvements at the Hastings/Davies and at the Kitchener/Hastings areas.

The Public Works Committee agreed with the recommendations in general but noted that
additional details regarding costs, detailed designs and implementation time table are required

prior to implementation.
