BYLAW NO, 2793
A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw. 1987. No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more
particularly described as:

Lots 11,12, 13, 14, 15 and 16
District Lots 174 and 289
Group One

Plain 17598

are he: ‘ rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment) and the Zoning

Map oi ie “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect
this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2249, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2793".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 17th day of May, 1993.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 17th day of May, 1993.

Public Hearing held this 7th day of June, 1993.
