Port Coquitlam, B.C. | V3C 2A8 Dear Sirs SUBJECT: NO PARKING RESTRICTION/SIGNAGE HARBOUR ROAD, WEST OF PITT RIVER ROAD We are encountering a safety hazard and truck maneuvering problera now that construction is occurring on the property immediately north of our subject service station development We hereby request your consideration to install no parking signage. The attached map identifies the property (at the south west corner of Harbour St. and Pitt River Road immediately north of the Mary Hill Bypass). In order to deliver petroleum products to the site the "B-Train" Tank Truck (83 feet long vehicle) makes a left turn off Pitt River Road onto Harbour (which is a cul de sac) and makes a wide swing into the service station. Prior to construction on the lots north of Harbour, no vehicles were parked on the street. Currently, however, vehicles are parking there and creating a hazard upon deliveries. A plan of the service station is attached showing the path of the Tank Truck which utilizes the westerly access point off of Harbour for both entrance and exit. Cee a ea
