DESCRIPTION: Pe, D, Sections 18 and 19 of Section 6N Range
1E and of Lot 231 Plan 2032.
BACKGROUND: The Property in questionone of the several
land parcels owned by Canadian Forest Products
Ltd. It is roughly 15 acres in size. The requested
rezoning is to allow tne use of the Property
as a distribution centre and lumber wholesale
yard. A 60,000 sq. ft. warehouse building with
office facilities Will be constructed on the
Site.
« RECOMMENDATION: The Committee recommends that this rezoning
application be advanced to Public Hearing.
