RESOLUTION:

WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described required for municlpal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1. Lot 101 (Except Plans 63714 and 78712), Plan 58743, and
' Lot "B", Plan 78712, and |
Lota 31, 32, 33, and 34, Plan 2161,

all in District Lot 379, Group 1, New Westminster District, in Port Coquitlam,
B.C. be sold by tender as one parcel if bids acceptable co Council are
received;

2. The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post the
"Real Property for Sale By Tender” notice appearing in the Agenda
documents of this Council Meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;

The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein;

Council reserves the right to accept any bid or bids or to reject any or
all of the bids If Council in its absolute discretion determines that

rejection 1s appropriate.
