States markets to our meat and cattle, there is no reason why the
industry should not develop toa notable extent. in the immediate
future. A Dominion government animal inspector who has just
made a tour of the province says:

“In this country of yours you have all the natural conditions
for the development of a great cattle-breeding industry, and while
it may be argued that the competition of the United States has
been heavy in this réspect, I believe that the time has now come
when you will be given a better showing, and it is up to you to
take advantage of it.
