3. The debentures and interest thereon shell be payable at the principal
offtce of the Regional District st or near Vancouver, 3.C. and et such tine or
tines as shall be determined by the Regional District eo cs to be consistent :
with the Tepaynent of Principal together with interest On unpaid amounts of
money being borrowed by the Regional Districs in order to finance the said
undertakings of the Corporation as authorized by thie by-law.

&. The dedencures shall be sealed vith the eeal of the Corporation and
shall be signed by the Mayor and the Treasurer.

aad ehall be oigned by the Mayor and the Clerk.
