Re: Remuneration of Election Personnel.

With Polling Day coming up on November 21st, 1981 we have reviewed

the amounts paid in past years for election personnel and the same is set
forth in tabular form hereunder along with our suggestion for the 1981
rate:

The rates suggested for 1981 have been increased approximately 16% over 1980
and this appears to be reasonable.

We would recommend that a resolution be passed approving our suggested

rates for payment in 1981.
