Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2212, considered at a Zoning Public Hear ing held
earlier-this evening, is available for third reading.

Counci! poticy requires the Clerk to bring the aval tabi lity of this by law
for third reading to the attention of the Counci! at this.time. The Council.
may now decide whether it wishes to give third reading immediately or delay
it until. the next -meeting so that any representations made at the Hearing

can be fully considered.
