BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

The details and location of this property is shown on the
material following and in return for the property the Church
will be receiving from the City the Church will be transferring
property to the City as indicated on the plan foltowing and
will also be dedicating a portion of their present property as
a widening of Dixon Street. Since the area of property to be
exchanged is almost exactly equal it is not expected that any
funds will change hands, except the customary $1.00.
