From the City Planner, May 27th, 1992, regarding a Rezoning Application ~
3466, 3474 Hastings Street and 2465 Glenwood Avenue.

That City Council approve rezoning of 3466, 3477 Hastings Street and 2465
Glenwood Street from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot
Residential) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act, subject to:

a. Submission of a subdivision plan to the satisfaction of the Director
of Planning;

Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements;

Satisfaction of Fire Department requirements;

Satisfaction of Parks and REcreation Department requirements;
@. Approval of a Development Variance Permit.

That Council pass a resolution authorizing the Planning Department to
prepare Development Variance Permit No. 32/92.
