Bylaw No. 2227:

To rezone Lot 5, Plan 68514; Lot 469, Plan 36901; Lot A (Except
Parcel |, Reference Plan 9769) of Block 20, Plan 3703; and adjacent
closed road; all in District Lot 232, Group One, New Westminster
District, from RS-2 (Single Family Residential) to RS-IA (Single Family
Residential) and RS-1 (Single Family Residential) as shown on the map
attached to the Bylaw.

The property affected is the Southside of the 2100 Block Nova Scotia
Avenue (West of Pitt River Road) and the rezoning would permit the
subdivision of the property to create 13 additional Single Family
Residential Lots.

A letter was received from Charles Hughes, 1241 Guest Street who
would like to see quality control features as seen in Citadel Place and
Harbour View Estates (Cement Driveways, Cedar Roofs, Closed Carports and
different colored siding). .

The following people were present at the Zoning Public Hearing and
expressed their views on the proposed rezoning:

Ms. Rosland Delaney, 1257 Yarmouth Street who spoke regarding her
concern of water seepage problems and would like to have the problem

looked into if construction continues.

Mr. Art Phillips (for applicants) who informed Council that the
water seepage problem has been investigated, that there would be a
variety of lot sizes and quality control would be a concern when
selecting house plans. . . oe

The Public Hearing adjourned at 7:37 p.m.
