The event this year will be held on 4th May and it is proposed to hold
at on the same course as 1972. ie. Coast Meridian, Victoria, Cedar ‘and |

Your permission is therefore sought to hold the above race and to operate
‘the traffic lights at Coast Meridian and Prairie in an off- hour manner as

me race will start at 12am and it is anticipated that the event .~
will be'finished by 4pm. We hope to have approx 90 participants of all ages.
At the time of writing the club is also looking into holding PEE WEE races
on the car park of the Northside Shopping centres
