Moved by Alderman Mabbett: Seconded by Alderman Traboulay: That as recommended by the Public Works Committee, Merch 19th, 1980 the Dairy Queen be allowed to undertake the construction of a landscaped seating area on the sidewalk space on Whyte Avenue outside the Dairy Queen subject to the conditions as outlined in the report; AND THAT the City Engineer be authorized to issue a permic.
