That Lot 449, South West 1/4, Section 7, Township 40, Plan 62790, New
Westminster District be purchased from Cressey Development Corporation for
the sum of $1.60;

That the possession and adjustment date be January Ist, 1982;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute

the necessary documents therefore and to affix the Corporate seal thereto.

Revitalization Specified Area.

That the City Clerk be instructed to prepare the necessary Amendment
Bylaw to exclude from the Specified Area those properties recommended for

exclusion by the Downtown Revitalization Committee.

From the City Clerk, November 10th, 1982 regarding Council meeting
minutes.

That the style, format, and content of the Council meeting minutes as
suggested in this report be adopted as standard.

Carried.

Alderman Muldoon suggested that the minutes not be distributed to the

public until they were approved by the Municipal Council. Mayor Traboulay

ruled that the minutes will be distributed but that they will be stamped in
