RECOMMENDATION:

At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with Jui Tien Tseng and

Siu on Tseng on the Sth day

of February, 1992, BE IT RESOLVED that the works
deacribed in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be

inatalled by the said Jui Tien Tseng ang Siu on Taeng in connection with the

development of the lands described as:

Lot 114, DL 380, Group 1, NWD, Plan 35982

are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and
