A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240”

The Municipal Council of Tha Corporation of tha City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1, Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, Britiah Columbia
which are more particularly deseribed aa:

Lot 183 and Lot 184
District Lot 232

Group One

Plan 27748

New Weatminster District

are hereby rezoned from RS-l (large Lot Reeidantfal) to RS-2 (Smali
Lot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240° 1# hereby amanded to refleet this rezoning.
2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes ap "Port Coquitlam Zoning Brlaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2679".
Read a firet time by the Municipal Council thia 25th day of May, 1992.
Read a second time by the Municipal Coueil this 25th day of May, 1992.

Public Hearing held this 15th day of Jume, 1992.
