December 21, 1993 - The owners agent came to the Building Department to say he would
make arrangements to have the wall repaired and the work supervised by the Engineer.

February 21, 1994 - Since nothing further has transpired the City lawyer sent a second
letter to the owner. The owner was given fourteen days to respond or the City would
proceed with legal action.

March 15, 1994 ~ A visit was made to the site by the Director of Building Permits and
Inspections. It was found that after repeated attempts by the Building Depaztment to
have the wall comected by the owner the wall remains in an unsafe condition.
