‘Re: Work of Local Improvement

In connection with the proposed construction of storm
sewer, road, curb and gutter, and boulevard on Langan Avenue
from Brown Street to Broadway Street as a work of Local Improve-
ment I am pleased to report as fcllows:

(a) The lifetime of the work will be twenty years
(20).
(b) The estimated cost of the work is $93,915.00.
{c) The share or proportion of the cost which will
be specially charged against the parcels benefiting from or
abutting on the work is $30.00 per taxable front foot in accord-
ance with the provisions of the "Local Improvement Charge By-law,
1969, No. 912" for advanced local improvement. :
