BY-LAW NO. 1855

A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning By-lav,
1979, No. 1651",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation cf the City of Port
Coquitlan, in open meeting assembled, enacts as fellows;
1. The Zoning Map of “The Corporation of the City of Tort Coquitlam
Zonind By-law, 1979, No. 1651" ts amended by removing the Zone Designation of
Ac] assigned to Parcel "B" of Section 6, Block 6, North Range One. Ease,
Reference Plan 58639, New Westzdnarer District, and aasigning the Zone Designation
of CD to the said property,

2. The Coaprehensive Development Plan consisting of:

(a) A aingle cheet Site Plan narked "Schene 2” end dated July

thereon a multiple Fanily residential development consisting

A seven sheet set of Plans showing various atchitectual

features and layout details of the above noted nultiple

fantly residential developrent dated June ch, 1981 prepared

by Ron Roffarc, Architect; and

A two sheet set of Plans prepared by J.D. Niccheil and

Associates Linited, Landscape Architects, being a "typical

wit landscape concepe" dated June A7th, 1982 and a "buffer

concept” dated June 16th, 19382 referring to the above noted

multiple fanily residential development:
all of which sre on file in the office of che City Clerk, are deemed to be
attached to and te fora part of this By~law.
3 Rotwithstanding the Provisiona of Section 48 (2) of the Zoning By-law,
Seceioa 27 (1) (b} (1) does oor apply to the RT (duplex) use authorized herein.
4. Thia By-law say be cited for 211 purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning By-law, 1979, No, 3651, Azendmenc By-law, 1981, No. 1855",
